In summing up our thoughts about our recent kitchen remodel one word comes to mind,”excellence”. From the daily updates from Danelle to the constant attention to detail in the finished product,we could not have been more pleased by the work & workmanship of Kitchen Encounters.
We recently had a complete kitchen remodel and wood floors installed. It was a five week process that was perfectly planned and executed by Kitchen Encounters. They were extremely easy to work with and provided expert suggestions so we could get the kitchen of our dreams within our budget. We had complete trust in their attention to detail and high quality workmanship. We appreciated the daily calls from Danelle because it provided us easy two-way communication where we could ask questions and she could keep us updated on the progress. Any issues or concerns were handled promptly and to our satisfaction. They aim to please! We love our new kitchen and are so glad that we chose Kitchen Encounters. We highly recommend them.
We cannot thank David, Danelle and the entire Kitchen Encounters team enough for our beautiful new dream kitchen! From the daily customer service calls from Danelle to the professionalism of all the workers, we could not have asked for anything more. After only a few meetings, David was able to create a design around the look and feel we wanted of an inviting gathering place for our family and friends. The craftsmanship of Phil (who created our custom molding piece by piece), Weli and Dan was top notch. The subcontractors he used were also top of their craft. From our initial meeting to the final walk through, it was a wonderful experience! We HIGHLY recommend Kitchen Encounters!!
The team at Kitchen Encounters is easy and patient to work with and always professional. Dave was very helpful from beginning to end of the project. He is patient throughout the process of selecting products and helpful in identifying options. He easily made allowances for a few ‘add on’ requests for additional minor work required of the contractors at no additional charge. Dave also communicated quickly when a change needed to be made and the change to the schedule this would cause. The contractors were respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves on their way out each day. Given that they were working in the kitchen, the hub of our home, this was especially important to me. Lastly, but not least, Danelle did a great job checking in daily to work through any concerns from the work of the previous day. She is friendly and genuine in her interactions, which makes it easier to talk through those concerns. The quality of the work is unbelievable! I will definitely use them again, if the need arises.
I want to thank you and everyone at Kitchen Encounters. You listened to my ideas and brought them to life. That is a rare and beautiful thing. Your subcontractors were friendly, polite and not too bad to have around. Danelle has always been so bright and cheerful on her morning messages and I appreciate that. It made me feel that my kitchen project was important to you. We will definitely be calling you for future projects!

Kitchen Encounters did a powder room and hall bath remodel for us last year. Everything went smoothly, from the design process through the entire construction phase. They not only finished on time, but on budget! Looking forward to have them do our master bath now.
It was the best decision that we made!! They really helped our dream come true. I wanted an open concept and they delivered on time. I now have my woman cave and love every inch of it. The workmanship was spectacular and everyone was so accommodating to our wants and needs. I will recommend Kitchen Encounters to everyone. The staff, workmen & designers are the best!
Kitchen Encounters remodeled our bathrooms and we love them. We took our master bath down to the studs, and the design that Dave came up with is more than we could have imagined. It is so spacious and elegant now. The quality of the new cabinets and fixtures is top rate. The hall bath just had a face-lift, but it also looks great. All the workers were talented and polite, the communication from Danelle each day advising us what work would be done was fantastic, and we appreciated how they cleaned up each day. We highly recommend them!
