It was the best decision that we made!! They really helped our dream come true. I wanted an open concept and they delivered on time. I now have my woman cave and love every inch of it. The team at Kitchen Encounters is easy and patient to work with and always professional. Dave was very helpful from beginning to end of the project. He is patient throughout the process of selecting products and helpful in identifying options. He easily made allowances for a few ‘add on’ requests for additional minor work required of the contractors at no additional charge. Dave also communicated quickly when a change needed to be made and the change to the schedule this would cause. The contractors were respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves on their way out each day. Given that they were working in the kitchen, the hub of our home, this was especially important to me. Lastly, but not least, Danelle did a great job checking in daily to work through any concerns from the work of the previous day. She is friendly and genuine in her interactions, which makes it easier to talk through those concerns. The quality of the work is unbelievable! I will definitely use them again, if the need arises.

We cannot thank David, Danelle and the entire Kitchen Encounters team enough for our beautiful new dream kitchen! From the daily customer service calls from Danelle to the professionalism of all the workers, we could not have asked for anything more. After only a few meetings, David was able to create a design around the look and feel we wanted of an inviting gathering place for our family and friends. The craftsmanship of Phil (who created our custom molding piece by piece), Weli and Dan was top notch. The subcontractors he used were also top of their craft. We recently had a complete kitchen remodel and wood floors installed. It was a five week process that was perfectly planned and executed by Kitchen Encounters. They were extremely easy to work with and provided expert suggestions so we could get the kitchen of our dreams within our budget. We had complete trust in their attention to detail and high quality workmanship. We appreciated the daily calls from Danelle because it provided us easy two-way communication where we could ask questions and she could keep us updated on the progress. Any issues or concerns were handled promptly and to our satisfaction. They aim to please! We love our new kitchen and are so glad that we chose Kitchen Encounters. We highly recommend them.

The project in Sept. 2016 is the second time I have worked with Kitchen Encounters. They were as great the second time as the first. As project managers, David and Danelle take on coordination of everything from lining up the craftsmen to managing the vendors as they go in/out of my home. The vendors that they work with provide top quality work. The largest part of my project was installing new Brazilian Cherry flooring on the second floor and refinishing the same wood on the first floor. The finished floors are strikingly beautiful, bringing out the natural beauty of the wood! They also managed installation of top quality carpet (feels great under bare feet!) and painters. All provided exceptional work. There is good follow-up and check in throughout the project and excellent work as the project winds down to ensure top quality and satisfaction, i.e. touch-ups, etc. Highly recommend Kitchen Encounters!!
