We contacted kitchen Encounters to put a new kitchen in our home, the process from the initial drawings to the finished kitchen were what we were hoping for, but the finished kitchen is much more than we hoped to have. The kitchen is wonderful. The men who did the work were very thoughtful and their knowledge was top notch. The work was done on time and on budget. We will recommend Kitchen Encounters to anyone looking to have a kitchen redone or updated.
We recently had our kitchen remodeled (cabinets, counter tops, backsplash, sink), and Dave and his team were great to work with! Dave suggested a design we never would have thought of on our own, and it has made a huge difference in the way we function in our kitchen. Everyone was very patient while we made design choices (and changes) and all of our questions and concerns were answered quickly. During construction, Danelle contacted us frequently to keep us informed of times to expect arrivals, any changes to plans, and to address any questions or concerns we had. We are very happy with our new kitchen and we would use Kitchen Encounters again for future remodeling projects!
We recently had our kitchen totally remodeled from top to bottom! KITCHEN ENCOUNTERS was outstanding from start to finish! The showroom and the patient, knowledgeable staff made selections FUN-from cabinets to countertops to flooring to backsplash. Even details like paint colors and faucet styles were available at this location! The craftsmen who came to our house for every phase of the project were extremely professional, neat, personable and respectful of our routines. I received a phone call every morning to make sure we were kept “in the loop” and answer any questions we had. Even though several snowstorms hit the area during this timeframe, our schedule never wavered. The project was completed exactly on time! A thorough cleaning of our whole first floor and celebratory visit concluded the work. I love my new kitchen and I give KITCHEN ENCOUNTERS the highest marks!!
Kitchen Encounters installed a new bath tub/shower enclosure for me as well as completely gutting my kitchen and installing a new kitchen with a new floor plan. From our first meeting at our home, through the design phase and then the actual work, Dave was friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns/needs and rearranged the design until we had a plan that was practical, beautiful and within our budget. They have many different styles/options to choose from no matter what your taste or budget, you will surely find what you are looking for. They gave me a schedule and a price and stuck to it. During construction, the daily phone calls from them let me know what was happening, as well as gave me a chance to voice any concerns I might have had. They addressed all my questions/concerns promptly. Overall I would recommend Kitchen Encounters. They gave me a kitchen I can be proud of at a price I could afford.
My husband and I are pleased with David White and Kitchen Encounters. As this was our first bathroom remodeling experience, we relied upon David’s important guidance and honest feedback. His subcontractors were excellent, particularly “Daniel, The Tile Master”. The timetable was adhered to and Mrs. White called us daily to apprise of the work to be done that day. Our new bathroom surpasses our expectations.
My wife and I chose to work with Dave and the team at kitchen Encounters because they worked well with us. They informed us of all our choices and led us towards the design and features that made our home even better.

WOW! We are delighted with the transformation of our bathroom. Kitchen Encounters changed a small blue and peach tiled 1940’s bathroom into a neat spa-like room that features a beautiful Cambria countertop, a walk-in tiled shower with rimless glass enclosure, and a sharp looking ceramic tile floor. The entire bathroom from the smallest feature and up looks terrific. It was exciting to see the old bathroom gutted down to the studs….you could even see the basement….then, keeping to the schedule, changing into a lovely modern bath.
Kitchen Encounters has an excellent team of people who are professional, organized, respectful, and competent. We feel they all were the best and it shows.

We contracted Kitchen Encounters to remodel our 7 year old kitchen in the spring of 2014. After researching many contractors and obtaining estimates we decided to choose Kitchen Encounters for our major renovation. Although they were not the least expensive, Kitchen Encounters had the most professional presentation and the materials and designs were top notch.
What makes this company outstanding is their customer service and attention to detail. We have 4 and 6 year old children, a dog and a cat and it was important to keep the household running smoothly. By providing a detailed schedule of installation, and receiving frequent updates on the project we were able to work around the construction. If there was a schedule change or issue, we were notified immediately.
We can’t say enough about the Kitchen Encounters experience, our kitchen is beautiful and this company is A++!
